The following opportunity has arisen in our Halifax office to assist the partners/directors in delivering a high standard of service to our clients.
A full-time vacancy for a secretary/receptionist to support the Firm with secretarial and reception duties.
The successful candidate must be a proficient typist. Previous secretarial experience in a professional office would be an advantage, but not essential.
The successful candidate should also have a composed, confident, and friendly manner when dealing with clients over the phone or in person and be able to communicate professionally.
Knowledge and practical application of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Word & Excel, is essential.
